How Deluxevo handles website and early-access information.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
This notice covers the public website at deluxevo.co.uk and the Lux AI early-access list. Lux AI itself is still in development and will have a separate, fuller product privacy notice before wider public release.
Who is responsible for this website?
Deluxevo operates the Lux AI project and this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@deluxevo.co.uk.
What information do we collect?
If you join the Lux early-access list, we collect the name and email address you submit. The hosting provider may also process ordinary technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information and standard server logs.
Why do we use it?
Early-access details are used to contact you about Lux testing opportunities, early access, important product updates and launch information. We do not use the early-access form to collect payment information, passwords or sensitive personal data.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent for Lux early-access and launch communications. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@deluxevo.co.uk.
Who receives the information?
Early-access submissions are sent to Deluxevo's business email account. Our website and related infrastructure are provided by third-party hosting and email service providers that may process information on our behalf where necessary to provide those services.
How long do we keep it?
We keep early-access details only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the early-access programme and launch communications, unless a longer period is required for legal or administrative reasons. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@deluxevo.co.uk.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the Deluxevo website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics. Essential hosting and security technologies may still be used by the web infrastructure.
Security
We use HTTPS on the public site and take reasonable steps to reduce unnecessary collection, restrict access and protect information submitted through the early-access form.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as Lux develops, new website features are introduced, or our legal and technical arrangements change. The current version will remain available on this page.
